Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your use of Smart Salary Manager, run by RISKANET Solutions (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Statement.

What the service is

A tool for recording your own income, spending, savings, debts and goals in Kenyan shillings and planning your budget. It does what you enter into it. It is not financial, tax, payroll or legal advice, and its figures and suggestions depend on the information you provide.

Your account

Keep your password private and use an email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it. Each account is for one person.

Your data

The financial information you enter belongs to you. You can download it at any time from the app, and you can delete your account and its data from Settings. See the privacy notice for how it is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's accounts, overload or probe the service, upload anything unlawful, or use the service to hide or process money you are not entitled to handle. We may limit or suspend an account that does, or that puts other users or the service at risk, and we will say why when we can.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important (the app can export your data). We may change or stop the service, and will give notice where reasonably possible. If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to agree again.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from decisions made using the service, or from outages or data loss we could not reasonably prevent. Nothing here limits rights you have under Kenyan law that cannot be excluded.
